My passenger front strut mount has a hole 1.5 times the size it should be and its causing massive shaking while im on the highway, tried today to remove it using spring compressors and vice grips on the strut but it kept spinning, any tips on how i would remove it?

They usually come out with a decent impact wrench.

Otherwise.....

You'll notice the strut shaft will accept a 10mm socket. Using that, and a hollow socket wrench, or a spark plug socket works. Also.....lots of wd40 and some heat will help.

i put the spring compressors on it but dont tighten them just have them snug up against the springs. then i use the gun to loosen the nut. i find that with the springs pushing on the strut a bit it adds some tension and the nut should come off.
