Destroyed Strut Mount

Board User Group: Hamilton/Niagara Chapter Member Member No.: 8 276 Posts: 483 Location: St.Catharines, Ontario 1998 Dodge Neon Sport Joined: Feb. 3, 2010 Skin: NeonCanada Black Status: Offline	My passenger front strut mount has a hole 1.5 times the size it should be and its causing massive shaking while im on the highway, tried today to remove it using spring compressors and vice grips on the strut but it kept spinning, any tips on how i would remove it?

Otherwise..... You'll notice the strut shaft will accept a 10mm socket. Using that, and a hollow socket wrench, or a spark plug socket works. Also.....lots of wd40 and some heat will help.
